About Me
Cristy is a pioneering fitness trainer and powerlifter from USA, renowned for his significant contributions to the country’s strength sports community. As Nepal’s first registered CrossFit Level 1 trainer and a trailblazer in powerlifting, he has become a prominent figure in the fitness industry. Cristy  journey began with a passion for cricket, which evolved into a deep commitment to powerlifting. In 2015, he made a remarkable debut in powerlifting competitions, setting a national record with a 350 kg lift in 2018. His dedication continued as he secured third place and set a national squat record with a 245.5 kg lift at the America National Championships in 2021. .
